I have been licensed to practice law for more than 30 years.  I began practicing in larger law firms, first in New Jersey for ten years, and after my return to Illinois, in Chicago.  I made the decision after a number of years in larger firms that I would be happier dealing with clients on a one-on-one basis.  Accordingly, I opened my office in Downers Grove in 2000, and have been in the same location since that date.  My primary focus has been family law, but invariably, those types of cases involve many other areas of the law.  Because of this, it is necessary that I be experienced in many inter-related areas of law, as noted in greater detail in my Practice Areas.  I continue to have an active practice in all of these areas.     

 

On a personal note, I was raised in the area and have lived here for more than twenty years since my return from New Jersey.  My Wife and I have four sons, three daughters-in-law and three grandsons and truly enjoy our family time with all of them.
